Principles of the International Legal Regulation of the Modern Medical Technologies Applying

In the article under review the attempt to develop the systems conception of the principles of international legal regulation in the area of the modern medical technologies, applying is presented. On the basis of studying the most significant international acts (as legal, and not legal character) the conclusion about absence of the systematic approach in the area of the legal regulation of a considered category of principles, is formulated. The conducted research has allowed to make a conclusion about internal discrepancy within the international legal regulation in considered area and to specify the certain lacks in the system of the international treaties that stipulate the principles under review. From point of view of the investigated principles, systematization the attention to such technical-legal method as their classification is paid in the article, and criteria of the classification are offered.
