Evolution Trends of the Ukrainian Agricultural Law in the Context of the WTO and the EU

The article highlights the issues of the Ukrainian Agricultural Law evolution trends in the context of the WTO and EU requirements. Ukraine's accession to the World Trade Organization has in fact marked its accession to the existing system of rights and obligations in this organization, a large part of which concerns the issue of protecting the interests of the native producers. While retaining the right to protect its producers, the country promises to do it in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the WTO and the EU. Ukraine's accession to the WTO has initiated not only a new stage in the country's economic development. This event is very important for the Ukrainian people who are subjects of land ownership and consider it the main national wealth, which is under the special protection of the state. The author regards the fact of joining WTO as the key factor influencing the formation of new public consciousness and developing citizens' legal awareness of the stereotypes as to the participation of the Ukrainian state in various international organizations on economic, social, environmental and other issues.
