Concept of Legal Interest in Labor Law and its Features

The article examines the influence of the category of interest on the law-making procedure and the mechanism of legal regulation of labor relations. The author argues that in its interactive sense law is the result of people's volitional activity, that it is formed as a result of the conscious regulation of social relations. Interest manifests itself in the form of public relations. Interest and Law have a common field of interaction - public relations. The key findings of the study prove that interest is the impetus to the legal regulation of labor relations, that the «legitimate interest» can be interpreted in the labor law context as a behavior of a subject aimed at gaining a certain right, which is ensured not by the material norms, but by a procedural-protective norm and implies special coordinative methods of this right protection.
