Purpose and tasks
“History and Law Journal” covers topical issues of history, theory, philosophy of state and law, theoretical and practical problems of constitutional, administrative, financial, labor, environmental, commercial, civil and criminal branches of law, international-legal and comparative-legal research.
The journal implements the policy of an open access supporting the principle of free distribution of scientific data and global exchange of knowledge for the general social progress. The full versions of articles of the scientific journal are also freely available on the following websites: Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine and the Institutional Repository of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Google Scholar, Copernicus International.
“History and Law Journal” is aimed at:
▶ publishing scientific manuscripts of Ukrainian and foreign scientists that is a ground for the development of legal science, international cooperation;
▶ providing insight into the latest law studies;
▶ covering events within an academic community related to the journal’s scope;
▶ supporting the best young scientists.
