Purpose and tasks
The purpose of the academic periodical "History and Law Journal" is to present the results of contemporary scientific research in the fields of history, theory, and philosophy of state and law, as well as theoretical and applied issues of various law branches; to promote the development of legal science, foster a scientific dialogue between Ukrainian and foreign scholars, and disseminate relevant legal knowledge.
Objectives of the Journal:
- to publish the results of scientific research conducted by Ukrainian and foreign scholars in the field of law;
- to promote the development of theoretical and practical research in constitutional, administrative, financial, labor, environmental, and commercial law, as well as civil and criminal law;
- to publish research on history, theory, and philosophy of state and law;
- to develop international and comparative legal studies;
- to familiarize the academic community with the latest law research;
- to highlight events in the academic community related to the journal’s subject area;
- to support and promote research conducted by young scholars.
